How we work with you

You don’t need to know anything technical. We do each step with you, and we keep going after you go live.

Sample screen of a fictional bakery. The names and numbers are made up; they are not ALYR’s results.

  1. We check how your business runs.

We come to your shop and look at how orders, bookings and credit are kept. You get the list in plain words.

Sample check-up sheet of a fictional bakery. Four things checked at the counter are ticked, each with what was found.

  2. We set up what fixes it.

We set up only what the check-up calls for. We load your items, set your hours and train your team at the counter.

Sample setup checklist. The last step is ticked and everything is set up, then the first order, #1001, arrives on the team’s phone.

  3. You see your business on one screen.

ALYR Agent shows what needs you now and what ALYR has done for you. The numbers update as orders come in.

Sample ALYR Agent screen as it updates. Orders this week go from 49 to 50, an order that needs confirming is confirmed and leaves Needs you now, and the messages ALYR sent for you go from 181 to 183.

  4. We keep improving it with you.

ALYR Agent compares your week with the same days last week. We go over it with you and add what your business needs next.

Sample ALYR Agent screen. Sales this week are QAR 8,520 against QAR 7,129 on the same days last week, up 20%.

Then we check again.

What we need from you

  • Your menu or price list: a photo, a PDF or an Excel sheet is fine
  • A phone or a computer at the counter for your team
  • An hour for the check-up, and time to train your team

What we set up for your kind of business

Bakeries and home kitchens

Today

  • Orders get lost in long chats: voice notes, photos, “this one, for 12”.
  • “Is my order ready?”, all afternoon.
  • Office regulars owe you, and asking feels awkward.

With ALYR

  • Customers order from your menu page in the chat, by the piece or by weight, and every order lands on one screen.
  • ALYR tells each customer when the order is confirmed and when it is ready.
  • Office regulars order on account, and payment reminders go with one press.

Wholesale and trading

Today

  • Prices in a spreadsheet, and each customer has their own.
  • Orders get lost in long messages.
  • Shops pay late, and nobody has time to chase them.

With ALYR

  • Each customer group gets its own prices, brought in from your Excel price list.
  • Customers order from the page, or by sending an item’s code in the chat.
  • See who owes how much and for how long, and send reminders whose tone fits how late it is.

Fashion, abayas and gifts

Today

  • The same questions, all day: the price, the size, “still have it?”
  • You send photos one by one, and lose track of what is left.
  • Orders get lost in the chat as screenshots.

With ALYR

  • Your chat link in your Instagram bio: one tap opens WhatsApp, and ALYR answers with your menu of what you sell.
  • Every piece with its sizes and options, and stock counted on every sale.
  • A customer can send a piece’s code or link and order it in the chat.

Restaurants and cafés

Today

  • Pickup orders get lost between calls and chats, and end up on paper.
  • “Is my order ready?” Customers call to ask.
  • Office lunches go on a tab until the end of the month.

With ALYR

  • Your menu in the chat, and every order on your screen.
  • Each customer is told when the order is ready.
  • Office regulars order on account.

Table bookings are not in ALYR yet.

Salons and barbers

Today

  • The same questions, all day: “any time after 4?”, at all hours.
  • Customers forget, and the chair sits empty.
  • Appointments are in a notebook, so you can’t tell how this week compares.

With ALYR

  • Customers pick a free time in the chat, and the confirmation goes at once.
  • A reminder goes two hours before the visit.
  • Your team marks who came, and ALYR Agent counts the no-shows.

One booking at a time today: right for one chair.

Home services

Today

  • Customers call to book a visit, then call again: “When are you coming?”
  • Parts are asked for by photo and voice note, and kept apart from the visits.
  • Contract customers pay late, and chasing them takes calls.

With ALYR

  • Visits booked from the chat, with a reminder before each.
  • Parts ordered from a page.
  • Contract customers on account, with payment reminders and a receipt for each payment.

One visit at a time per business today.

ALYR Agent · With every product

Every day, see what changed and what to do next.

ALYR Agent counts the orders, bookings, chats and credit already in your workspace. It puts waiting work first, compares your week with the same days last week, and suggests up to three things, each with its reason, for you to act on or set aside.

Six products in one workspace

Start with what hurts most today and add the next when you need it: the same customers, the same team, the same screen. ALYR Agent and ALYR Shelf come with every one.

Every order has an owner. In every product, each chat, order, booking and credit account has one person responsible. You see who answered, how fast, and what was sold or lost.

Payment links come with ALYR Chat and ALYR Bookings. Today they open a test page; card payments start once a payment provider is connected.

Questions

Is ALYR just a WhatsApp tool?

No. WhatsApp is how your customers already reach you, so we start there. Behind it are orders, bookings, credit, stock, receipts and your numbers, and a team that sets it up and keeps improving it with you.

What is the check-up?

We visit your shop for about an hour, look at how customers reach you and how orders, bookings, credit and prices are kept, and give you a short list of what costs you time or money, with what we would set up first.

Which product do I need?

The check-up tells you. In short, orders in the chat: ALYR Chat. Appointments: ALYR Bookings. Customers who pay later: ALYR Accounts. Receipts and invoices: ALYR Docs. A trading business that sells on credit uses Chat and Accounts. A bakery that sells cakes and books tastings uses Chat and Bookings. ALYR Agent and ALYR Shelf come with each.

I already use WhatsApp Business. It’s free.

Your customers keep writing to you on WhatsApp. ALYR adds what the app doesn’t have: an order page, bookings, tracking and one inbox for your whole team, so orders stop ending up on paper. Which number they message, and what that means for the app on your phone, we go through with you at the visit.

Do my customers need an app?

No. They order and book on a page that opens from the chat, with no app, no account and no password.

What does it cost?

Message us and we will take you through our prices.

More questions
Will my staff use it?

We train them at your counter. Each person gets their own sign-in, and the steps are ones they already know: an order goes new, confirmed, ready, done; a visit is marked came or no-show.

Should I stop using delivery apps?

No. Keep them for new customers. ALYR is for the regulars who already message you. Their orders come to you direct, and ALYR takes no commission on them.

Do I have to take all of them?

No. Start with one, and add another when you need it, in the same workspace, with the same customers and team.

Where do ALYR Agent’s suggestions come from?

From counts of your own records. It compares the week with the same days last week, and each suggestion says what it counted. A percentage shows only when both weeks have 20 or more. It suggests; you decide.

How long does setup take?

We agree your go-live date with you at the visit. Most of the work is ours: loading your items and prices, and training your team.

I have more than one chair or room.

Today ALYR Bookings takes one booking at a time for the whole business. That suits one chair, one room or one practitioner. Tell us how many you run, and we’ll tell you whether it fits.

What if something breaks on a busy night?

Message us and the person who set you up picks it up. Behind the scenes, every message is saved before it is sent and tried again if WhatsApp is slow, so a slow moment doesn’t lose it.

Do my customers have to pay online?

No. Card payment links aren’t live yet, and when they are, a link is offered, never forced. Regulars with a credit account can put an order on their account.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We set it up, train your team and change things when you ask.

Does it work with the system I already use?

Another system can send its sales into ALYR with an API key or a CSV file. Tell us what you use, and we’ll check it with you at the visit.

Is my data safe?

Each business’s records are kept apart inside the database itself, and ALYR is built on WhatsApp’s official Business Platform. ALYR is built never to hold your money.

What do WhatsApp messages cost?

Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages, at its own rates, and decides which ones. Meta bills you directly, and ALYR adds nothing. We go through the current rates with you at the visit.

Am I tied in?

No. There is a written agreement, but it runs month to month. You can stop at the end of any month, with 7 days’ notice.

Is ALYR only for Qatar?

Today we set up businesses in Qatar, at their own shop.

Can I message you on WhatsApp?

Our WhatsApp line opens soon. Until then, email us and a person from ALYR replies.

Book a check-up of your business.
